The algorithm for making coffee in ORIGAMI Dripper is simple and obvious:
- Install the pour-over in a cup or a coffee pot.
- Place a filter inside and pour a portion of ground coffee from 1 to 4, depending on your desire and the size of the dripper, M or S.
- Slowly, in circular motions, pour boiling water (92-94°C) into the coffee: it is advisable to use a special kettle with a long narrow spout.
- After a few minutes of extraction, the aromatic beverage is ready.

- Mino ceramics are very dense, thanks to which they preserve heat well during the extraction process. The coffee in a cup or a pot almost does not cool down: it is as hot as water in the kettle.
- The ORIGAMI Dripper has diverse color options; you can choose one or two to match the kitchen utensils or buy several multi-colored ones to make the table brighter.
- Besides branded ORIGAMI pour-overs, Kalita Wave and V60 paper filters of the proper size are suitable, but conical filters are better. They are the most effective. They match the faceted surface, enhance fast brewing, don’t make folds, and don’t slow down the flow of coffee.
Helpful tip: Use a specific wooden or transparent resin cuff to prevent the pour-over from dipping into the coffee. It will hold the dripper at as high as necessary.
