Clever dripper is often called a “smart coffee maker” because the pour-over not only combines two brewing methods ― filtering and infusing ― but controls the extraction process too. Clever dripper has a special valve which pours coffee into your cup with a click. The ordinary pour-over devices start dripping coffee immediately as soon as water seeps through the coffee grounds.
Clever dripper combines the best features of a French press and a pour-over. It is made of inactive thermoplastic Eastman Tritan created by the American company Eastman, the market leader in polymer materials. The inactivity of Tritan is one of the most significant features since the material should not react with the beverage, and Clever guarantees the pure taste and aroma of the coffee.
